PUBLIC SPEAKING Alan Hale's talks cover a wide range of issues in science and technology. While his discovery of Comet Hale-Bopp and its subsequent appearance in our skies is always part of his talks, these also include many other topics such as his "scientific diplomacy" visits to Iran, the threats and potentials presented by near-Earth asteroids, many of the recent discoveries in astronomy and space, issues in science and technology that we will be confronted with in the future, and so on. Alan Hale can customize his talk for almost any audience, from elementary school children all the way up to college audiences, scientific gatherings, and of course the general public. Arrangements for obtaining Alan Hale as a guest speaker can be made through Leading Authorities, Inc. or though Rocketman Productions.
